Cambridge Partnerships 

Regardless of the economic environment, Cambridge Partnerships Limited (CPL) has progressed significantly at all sites. In fact, Grosvenor Developments and USS have acquired a significant grant through the HCA to build 480 affordable homes at Trumpington Meadows.

The Glebe Farm development has now gone through the detailed planning permission phase and, in conjunction with landowner Countryside Properties (UK) Ltd, .bpha and its partners are preparing to build the first Cambridge Challenge homes.  Outline applications for the remaining sites are progressing.

After a comprehensive OJEU process, a panel of consultants has been appointed to support CPL in delivering 3,300 affordable homes across these major new developments.

The Cambridge Challenge sites have also now received their own ‘Design and Quality Standards’, which CPL launched to provide guidance and inspiration for the delivery of this pioneering project.
