In Mawsley Village in Northamptonshire, we have facilitated a GP’s surgery through an agreement with Kettering Borough Council. The council agreed to allow bpha to lease one of the affordable homes to a GP practice so that a temporary surgery could be set up while a permanent facility was being developed.
