We are completing nearly 1000 new build homes a year in our traditional affordable housing programmes in Bedfordshire and its neighbouring counties, and our care partnership joint ventures in the West Country.

We are now delivering more new homes than ever before, and we regularly feature in top 20 lists of HA developers, with the largest programme of any HA in our ‘home’ eastern region.

Our achievements are only made possible working through a wide variety of public, private, and voluntary sector partners. This collaborative working has led to major successes with Cambridgeshire Partnerships, health and care partnerships in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, and our strategic partnership with Gallagher Estates.

bpha is also the lead partner in Key Communities, a development partnership with six other associations across the East of England.

Through Keyhomes East, bpha remains the leading registered provider in the field of intermediate tenure in our main areas of operation.

Most importantly, we continue to grow because our new homes provide excellent quality affordable accommodation for people living in some of the most overcrowded and poorest quality housing in the areas we serve. bpha is determined to continue to provide new homes for people that need them in the challenging times ahead.
