When you become a bpha tenant, you enter into a legal contract to rent a house, flat, maisonette, or garage. You will have certain obligations as a tenant, which will be explained in your agreement.
Some of the obligations will be to ensure: your rent is paid (you will be responsible for obtaining any benefits) the property does not go into disrepair (you will be responsible for reporting repairs or fixing any damage you cause) the property and any gardens are kept clear and tidy There are more details in the agreement you sign to accept the tenancy. Ultimately, the property belongs to bpha and at the end of the tenancy you will be expected to leave the property in a condition that will allow us to offer it to a new tenant with minimal work required.
