Alison Baggott Alison joined bpha in June 2002 as Head of Supported Housing and was appointed as Interim Executive Director, Neighbourhoods and Communities, in October 2006. Following a national recruitment exercise, she was appointed to the substantive post in March 2007 and now leads bpha's housing management, community development, supported housing and property services teams.

Alison has worked in housing since graduating, always with registered social landlords, and has managed a range of functions including general and supported housing, development and property services.  She has been both a board member and regional committee chair for an RSL.

Since joining bpha, Alison has led the supported housing service in meeting the challenges of the Supporting People funding regime, together with delivering into management a range of new extra care and supported housing schemes.
