Mike Hartley A chartered accountant by profession, Mike is responsible for the effective management of the Association's financial operation and acts as company secretary. Mike also oversees the Association's IT and personnel functions, as well as communications, organisational development, health and safety at work and equal opportunities issues.

After completing his degree at Bradford University, Mike joined Ernst and Young as an Audit Manager. His career continued at Granada TV Rentals where he was the Chief Accountant. From October 1993, he was the Director of Finance at Milton Keynes College and joined bpha in August 1999. Mike is the lead officer working with our Audit and Business Planning Committees.
