Community Development Working with our residents and communities to involve them and create places where people are proud to live.
Development Building new affordable housing in communities where people want to live, and giving them practical advice about their options for low cost home ownership.
General Housing Services Providing affordable rented accommodation for those on waiting lists and helping homeless people.
Property Services Ensuring our properties are repaired, maintained and modernised to a high standard, and that they meet the Government’s Decent Homes standard.
Supported Housing Helping to meet the specific needs of older people, young people, the disabled and other vulnerable residents through supported accommodation and other support services.
