Profiles of bpha's Audit Committee members:

	Peter Male Chair of the Audit Committee Peter qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, spending 19 years as a Partner with Ernst & Young. He has advised both UK and international businesses, including those in the property sector. He is currently director of a management consultancy company and is Trustee and Treasurer of a Milton Keynes based charity.
	Tim Ludlow Independent commitee member Tim has worked as a Finance Director and over the years has held financial positions for a variety of companies across different sectors. He is currently a member of Breckland Council’s Audit Committee which oversees the internal and external Audit functions of the Council, and also provides independent assurance of the effectiveness of governance arrangements, risk management and financial management processes.
	Peter Bateson Independent committee member Peter is a Chartered Accountant and was an Audit Manager from 1982 before retiring in 2010. He has much experience of audit committees and has worked closely with UK and international clients across a variety of different sectors.
