Board members
Fiona is a qualified property solicitor focusing currently on corporate governance and business management. She is involved in delivering strategic and operational advice and training to law firms, and increasing awareness of the impact of technology on the legal profession.
Neil is an accomplished business professional, with over 22 years experience in communications and public relations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Neil has held board director positions with two charitable organisations, supporting their transition from service-led to client-led organisations.
David Keeling Chief Operations Officer David is bpha’s COO leading the Association’s frontline operations funcation, majoring on strategic urban extensions and new settlements, and an extensive partnership providing residential and nursing care homes. He is responsible for Property Services, Housing Management, Retirement Services and Development and Salesand the asset management of bpha’s 17,000 existing homes.
Dr Jaz Saggu PhD Independent committee member Jaz is an international business change leader with significant executive and general management experience in developing existing and building new financial services businesses. He has held a number of high profile positions and international regulatory approved Board Directorships as a Main Board and Non-Executive Director in the UK, continental Europe, and America.
Geri is a chartered engineer and an experienced Programme Director who has worked at senior levels in the public and private sectors. He has an extensive and successful track record in operations, performance improvement and riskmanagement covering markets such housing, social care and property.
David Bartley has been volunteering with bpha for the last six years, most recently as Chair of the Resident Scrutiny and Improvement Group (RSIG). He now wants to use his skills and experience to make sure that residents benefit from ongoing service improvements.
Melusi Jubane has been a bpha resident for three years. He currently works with vulnerable people. He has an MSc in accounting and is looking forward to using this knowledge in his new role. Melusi believes in our values and wants to help us make bpha a better organisation and ensure that the correct governance and polices are being applied.
