The Community House at 17 Dumble Close, Corby, Northants NN18 8LN is a convenient venue from which activities are run for the benefit of local residents.

 

Current activities include:

 

Dumble Close Coffee Club for residents over the age of 50. This is run by a local resident and is a great opportunity to meet your neighbours, have a game of bingo, enjoy a cup of tea and have a good chat. Call Jim on 01234 221289 for more information. Every Wednesday - 12.30pm to 2pm.

 

The Happenin’ Project is a games and crafts session for young people aged 9-13 run by qualified youth workers from Corby Borough Council. If you’d like more information about this please contact Kevin Williams on 01536 464188/07763 876712 Every Wednesday – 5.30pm to 6.45pm.

 

Primary Care Trust Health Trainer. If you’re interested in giving up smoking or in eating a better balanced diet, then your Health Trainer is here to help you take those first steps towards living a healthier lifestyle. Simply drop in between these times, or contact Tress Kelly on 0800 085 1988 for free advice. First Thursday of every month – 1pm to 4pm.
