Diary sheets

Diary sheets are the main evidence that we use in legal proceedings against the perpetrators of anti-social behaviour.

We send out diary sheets to most people who report issues of anti-social behaviour. We ask that they be filled in and returned to us within three weeks.

On these sheets we ask for the date and time of the incident. It is important that these are as accurate as you can make them. The length of time the event went on for is also important, phrases such as ‘ongoing’ or ‘happening now’ are not accurate enough. Be specific and record for example ‘one hour’ or ‘from 2am-5am’.

The description of the event should also be as detailed as possible.

Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association Limited (bpha), Registered Office Pilgrims House, Horne Lane, Bedford MK40 1NY, is registered as a Charitable Industrial Provident Society (26751R) and also with the Homes and Communities Agency (LH3887) and is affiliated to the National Housing Federation.
