Everyone has a right to enjoy their home and neighbourhood quietly and peacefully.
bpha is proactive in dealing with incidents of anti-social behaviour. We aim to improve the quality of life for our residents and their environment as well as to create a sense of community cohesion. We do this by ensuring that our services are accessible to those who need it.
We believe tackling the causes of anti-social behaviour will create communities where people will chose to live. bpha will ensure that residents are aware of their own responsibilities and that the staff are fully equipped to deal with anti-social behaviour, as well as having the ability to work with a number of different agencies. To report anti-social behaviour: 0330 100 0272 (during office hours) 0800 072 3330 (out of hours) Use the online reporting form Download a diary sheet If you have previously advised bpha of anti-social behaviour you are suffering with, then you can download diary sheets here to record on-going incidents of anti-social behaviour. Diary sheets are of great importance to us when looking at anti-social behaviour cases as they form the basis of our evidence. It is therefore important that they are filled in accurately and with as much information as possible.
