OneCall is the bpha customer contact centre designed to make contacting staff and getting answers to questions both easier and faster.
Feedback from our residents and customers told us that they would like a wider range of facilities to access our services and longer opening hours.
The introduction of OneCall is designed to meet these requests and to provide residents with one port of call for all their enquiries. Our team of customer service professionals are based in Bedford and have been trained to answer questions and address concerns at the first point of contact.
We have increased our hours of operation and now take calls from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 1pm on Saturday and have extended the range of ways residents can contact us to include both webchat or text.
