Our residents can get involved with bpha through a number of ways. This includes providing feedback through surveys carried out by post or on the telephone, or by attending focus groups and discussion events we organise.
You can help bpha improve your neighbourhood at our Walk About - Talk About events, or give us your views when we visit your area with a bpha road show. There are also local community groups in some areas.
There are a number of opportunities for you to monitor the way in which services are delivered, and bpha offer a package of training and support to so you can be a monitor. We can also reward you for your time.
We have a star rating system to outline what level of involvement is required.
