bpha Customer Scrutiny Group
This group of 15 residents scrutinise bpha performance and inspect service areas that need improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference on behalf of residents.

Monitoring the bpha Local Offers
bpha
has consulted with our residents through the ‘Make Every Conversation Count’ project and as a result have a suite of Local Offers or promises that we are making to residents for 2011. The offers consist of priority area of service delivery where you have said we need to show improvements.

We are recruiting residents who are interested in ensuring bpha are working towards making these improvements and reporting this information to the bpha Board and senior managers.

Resident Magazine Editorial Group
Do you have some ideas about how to improve the resident editorial magazine, Progress?  Do you have editorial skills you want to use or do you want to learn some new skills so you can help produce the magazine? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, we want top hear from you.

Jargon Busters
This group reads and comments on bpha standard communications to ensure they are written in a style and language that is friendly and jargon free. We offer Plain English training to residents who participate in this task but all paperwork can be carried out from the comfort of your own home on a quarterly basis.

Repairs Monitoring
This small but select band of residents use their skills and knowledge about the bpha repairs service to help staff to increase the customer satisfaction levels and feed service delivery issues to contractors.

Mystery Shopping
Residents carry out the mystery shopping at bpha. We train residents to shop our organisation through telephone calls, visits and emails and then report back to us on the service they receive.

Voids Inspection
Would you be interested in visiting our properties which are ready to be re-let to ensure we are meeting our own void standard? You will work with one of surveyors and using a check list make sure the property is in a fit condition to be let to a new resident.
