Household income

If you are employed or self-employed, and your household income is high enough for you to purchase a property which would meet your needs, you will have a low priority and we are unlikely to offer you a tenancy. The income threshold varies, depending on local house prices.  If you are not sure if this will apply to you, you can telephone the Lettings Team for advice, on (01234) 791000
