Home ownership 

Keyhomes East is the intermediate tenure department of bpha. We bridge the gap between what our customers can afford and the market price of a decent home.

We have helped thousands of people buy a place of their own, and offer a range of products and services.

For new customers:

  • New build homebuy (shared ownership)  – brand new homes available to purchase in affordable stages
  • KeyCare – a range of ownership and care options available to older clients in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Buckinghamshire and Suffolk
  • Shared ownership resales – when an existing shared ownership home becomes available for sale
  • Rent to homebuy and intermediate rent – to help you save for a deposit, new or existing homes to rent for around 80% of the market value

For existing customers:

  • A sales service for your shared ownership home
  • The option to purchase further shares in your home
  • The option to pay back your equity loan
