Every month we will be holding a draw for three residents to win £50.
You will automatically be entered into the draw if your rent account has been up to date for the past three months. We will contact you if you are a winner.
If you are in arrears, you will still be eligible if you have kept to your payment agreement for the last three months. If you win you will receive £25, with the remaining £25 being deducted off your debt (if applicable) to help you pay what you owe.
If you are having problems paying your rent, it is essential that you contact your Income Officer as soon as you realise that you can’t make a payment. We also have a Money Advice team that provides free, confidential help.
You can pay your rent a number of ways, including over the phone on 0844 557 8321, by direct debit or online.
