Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing
Association - now known simply as bpha - initially provided rented
housing for the tenants who had transferred and others on waiting
lists.
This unique position and our proven track record of delivering the
HCA's traditional programme, as well as our success
of managing one-off complex initiatives, has been reflected in bpha's continuing
selection as one of the HCA partner RSLs based
in the Eastern Region for 2006/08. The partnership with the Housing
Corporation secured a £41 million allocation for bpha
and its partners within the Key
Communities development partnership.
Key Communities delivered an exceptional performance in 2006-07.

We are pleased to advise that bpha has achieved
four green lights on the HCA's Assessment rating
system. The HCA commented on the assessment that
'the association demonstrates a good performance by achieving or
exceeding its annual targets, maintaining good progress against
targets during the year and delivering quality housing that meets
our standards.'
