Paying by Direct Debit 

Please download our approved Direct Debit form, print and complete the form as instructed and return to the address on the form.

Please also ensure you include a letter that tells us who you are, the property address the form relates to, your 12 digit account number and /or your Tenant reference number. This can be found at the top of your rent statements.
In the future we will be introducing a paperless Direct Debit system where you will be able to give us your bank details over the phone.  We also hope to be in a position to offer a choice of Direct Debit collection dates that suit your individual financial circumstances better.
