Your rent account 

bpha will increase your rent no more than once a year and we will give you four weeks’ notice of any increases.

You will receive a rent statement every three months.

If you have any query about a statement, we will respond within 10 working days.

If you are finding it difficult to pay your rent, you may be entitled to housing benefit. Why not call one of bpha's welfare rights officers for a benefit calculation? You can reach them Monday to Friday on
