Paying your rent

Paying your rent is your responsibility. To make it as convenient as possible, we offer a wide range of ways for you to pay.

	Cash, cheque and debit card payment at Pilgrims House using your rent payment card. The cash hall opening hours are: Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm Friday – 9am-4.30pm
	Cash or cheque at any Post Office using your rent payment card. If you don't have a rent payment card, please contact us to register for one. Once you have registered, a card will be sent to you within seven days. The card will also allow you to pay online if you wish.
	Cheque payment by post to bpha, Pilgrims House, Horne Lane, Bedford, MK40 1NY.
	Direct debit – if you would like to pay by direct debit, you can either download a printable Direct Debit form or contact our customer contact centre for information on 0330 100 0272 or info@bpha.org.uk.
	Standing order - paid on the date of your choosing weekly standing order form fortnightly standing order form monthly standing order form
	PayPoint – in local shops and where advertised.
	Internet payment – log on to www.allpayments.net to pay your rent online, free of charge, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
