Repairs and maintenance 

bpha is responsible for most of the repairs to the structure of your home and the essential services. We make sure properties are kept in good order by:
  • repairing empty properties quickly and to a good standard before new people move in
  • providing a reliable day-to-day repairs service
  • carrying out maintenance work at regular intervals.   
Repairs can be reported on our repairs freephone number, at Pilgrims House Reception, or on our online reporting tool.
 
Any repairs reported that are caused by tenant damage or abuse will result in the tenant being charged for the cost of the repair.
 
If you are not sure about a repair, give the team a call (free of charge) for advice.
