What is supported and retirement housing?
A retirement housing scheme is a group
of unfurnished self-contained flats, especially designed with
the needs of older people in mind. There are 17 retirement
housing schemes owned by bpha in the Bedford area and also
one in Daventry, one in Towcester and one in Brackley.
The main aim of retirement housing is to enable you to live in
convenient, comfortable, centrally heated accommodation. You can
come and go as you please and your relatives and friends can visit
as they did before.
