Salary: £22,742 - £25,692 pa + Car Allowance

Due to an internal promotion the above  vacancy has occurred.  Would you like to join us as a housing officer managing a mixed tenure patch?

Your role will involve controlling rent arrears, advising on welfare benefits and dealing with tenancy breaches which include tackling anti-social behaviour and environmental issues.  A key aspect of the role is building partnerships with other agencies such as the Police, Social Services and local authorities helping to create places people are proud to live in.

You will have a real interest in social housing and low cost home ownership, be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills and show a strong commitment to Customer Care.
