Our customers are at the heart of everything we do.We know that you are ideally placed to help us to improve our services. It makes business sense to use your experience to ensure we can deliver an ever-improving service. And it is good practice to keep our customers happy.

We welcome involvement from all our customers and aim to provide opportunities for anyone who wants to be involved to do so – whether you are a resident, a leaseholder or a shared owner.

It’s your home, your neighbourhood and your life. We want you to have your say in anything that concerns you. You’re the expert and we want your help.

You can get involved with bpha through a number of ways. This includes providing feedback through surveys, becoming a Resident Inspector or attending focus groups and events.

Volunteering

We are always looking for volunteers to help us with a range of schemes aimed at our elderly or vulnerable residents including garden clearance, exercise classes and IT workshops.
