bpha aims to meet the highest standards in delivering services to our residents. We are committed to actively involving our residents in the running and management of your homes and communities. We do this in a number of ways, such as:
Regularly collecting feedback from our residents about their satisfaction with our services.
Working with our resident inspectors to gain more feedback about our repairs and maintenance service.
Working with our resident complaints panel to review satisfaction with our complaints process and how we manage complaints.
Carrying out resident reviews of specific service areas.
Coming soon, we will be launching a new and more flexible way to get involved with bpha.
Viewpoint, our new online residents’ feedback service, will make it easier for more people to have a say in how bpha delivers and improves services. There will be opportunities to review and challenge what we do – but from the comfort of your home, at a time that suits you. Look out for the launch later this year!
We are always looking for volunteers to help us with a range of schemes aimed at our elderly or vulnerable residents including garden clearance, exercise classes and IT workshops.
