Aids and Adaptations

Working with local authorities, bpha is committed to helping improve the quality of life for residents with disabilities and health or mobility problems.

Funding for aids and adaptations is available from your local authority through the Disabled Facilities Grant. bpha also has its own annual budget to carry out this type of work.

The budget available from your local authority may vary from year to year, but we will ensure that all applications for aids and adaptations will be prioritised by need as well as taking into consideration time spent on the waiting list.

For more information about the Aids and Adaptations Service please click here.

A copy of our Aids and Adaptations Policy is available on request.
