Tenants' Panel
As a former Battle of Britain Spitfire pilot and photographer, Arthur Barnett feels he has plenty to offer bpha - and they agree. Arthur, a dad of five, sits on the Tenants' Panel and is confident his opinions matter as much as the Chair of bpha.

Arthur Barnett He said: "I don't want to sit on my backside doing nothing - I like to keep active. The reason I joined the Tenants' Panel is I am interested in the future of bpha and although I am now retired, my former work means I am a good leader."

"I really believe John Cross and bpha are listening to what people have to say. They realise it is important."

One of the many issues Arthur has been involved in is the rebranding of bpha, and he is keen to recommend others to join the Tenants' Panel.

He said: "I think it is very important for tenants to help the association in this way. Obviously not all our suggestions can be taken on board but I'm confident that bpha are serious about this - I wouldn't give them my precious time otherwise."
