• Joining the Pilgrims Tenants' and Residents' Forum
• Taking part in surveys (by post, email or telephone)
• Taking part in focus groups
• Becoming a member of a Resident Association Group or starting a new one
• Joining local Community Action Groups
• Attending the annual tenants' conference
• Supporting community initiatives
• Becoming a tenant member of the bpha Customer Services Committee
