as it seeks to continually improve services.
Significant changes have been implemented to ensure that formal
consultation mechanisms remained effective.
Regional committees had been introduced several years ago but,
following a review, the committees and the bpha
Board agreed that it was time for a change. bpha
therefore consulted tenants before introducing two new mechanisms
