Getting involved
bpha has a long track record of consulting tenants, with a strong commitment to putting customers at the heart of the way the association works.
 

bpha therefore continues to invest in tenant participation mechanisms and community development activities as it seeks to continually improve services.

Significant changes have been implemented to ensure that formal consultation mechanisms remained effective.

Regional committees had been introduced several years ago but, following a review, the committees and the bpha Board agreed that it was time for a change. bpha therefore consulted tenants before introducing two new mechanisms in 2004 to make customer involvement more effective:
