Tentants' Panel
The new Tenants' Panel is a sounding board on a range of issues, with members choosing how and when they are involved.

Membership is open to all tenants, as long as they do not have a record of offences against bpha.

The Tenants' Panel does not require members to meet on a regular basis, you can consult with bpha via postal questionnaires, the telephone, email, home visits or by attending informal meetings - the choice is yours. The demands on your time will be small.

The information gained from surveys and meetings will be used to improve bpha's services.

If you are interested in becoming a member or have any more questions, call 01234 221289.
