Services
As a landlord, BPHA must provide the services set out in your lease. In return, BPHA collects a service charge for your share of the cost of the service.
 

Services

We are responsible for maintaining the structure and common parts of the building including the roof, common hallways, lifts and entry-phone systems.

We will also insure the building - but not your contents. On larger estates, BPHA is often responsible for paths and roads serving the estate.
