bpha employs
2 full time Money Advisers who are available to offer advice to
all bpha tenants,
shared owners and leaseholders.
If you are having difficulty paying your rent
or are having problems with debts we can help you to prepare a
Financial Statement (basically a list of your income and expenditure
with an up-to-date list of creditors). Once this has been done
we can negotiate payments to your priority (e.g. rent, council
tax) and non-priority (e.g. credit cards, loans) creditors.
The team is able to see clients for appointments at Pilgrims House,
in the community at Community House in Faldo Road, or at their
home in cases where health issues make it difficult to attend our
office. We are also able to advise by telephone or email.
If you think these services are of use to you, or would like more
