Your rent account

bpha will increase your rent no more than once every 52 weeks. (Garage rents can be changed more often.) We have produced some explanation booklets for our most recent review which you can view here.

You will receive a rent statement every three months. If you have any query about a statement, we will respond within 10 working days.

It is important that you pay your rent regularly and on time in line with your tenancy agreement. Rent is due in advance and you will need to make a payment at the start of your tenancy when you sign up.
