bpha will increase your rent no more than once every 52 weeks. (Garage rents can be changed more often.) We have produced some explanation booklets for our most recent review which you can view here.

You will receive a rent statement every three months.If you have any query about a statement, we will respond within 10 working days.

It is important that you pay your rent regularly and on time in line with your tenancy agreement. Rent is due in advance and you will need to make a payment at the start of your tenancy when you sign up.

To make it as convenient as possible, we offer a wide range of ways for you to pay. If you are unable to use any of the rent payment systems (perhaps because of a disability), we can arrange to visit you to agree a method of payment that suits you.

MyAccount
The easiest way to manage your bpha account is by setting up an account on our online payment portal MyAccount. Not only can you make rent payments quickly and easily, you can also request and track repairs and update your contact details. Direct Debit
Please request a form to start paying by Direct Debit. The form will be posted to you preprinted with your account details. Complete your bank details, sign it and return to us in the prepaid envelope. You must continue to pay your rent until you receive a letter from us detailing payment amounts and dates.

Standing Order
Request a form to start paying on a Standing Order Mandate. The form will be posted to you preprinted with your name, address and reference number. Complete your bank details, sign it and send to your bank. You must continue to pay your rent until your bank confirms the Standing Order has been set up.
