bpha is committed to providing a good service, but it knows that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, bpha asks you to tell it so we have the opportunity to put it right.
 

To make a complaint you do not have to be a tenant - you might be a member of the public or someone we do business with for example.

If bpha does find it was wrong, then it will apologise and take immediate steps to correct the mistake. You will not be treated detrimentally because you have made a complaint and bpha will respect your confidentiality.
