Repairs and maintenance

bpha is responsible for most of the repairs to the structure of your home and the essential services.

We make sure properties are kept in good order by:

  • Repairing empty properties quickly and to a good standard before new people move in
  • Providing a reliable day-to-day repairs service
  • Carrying out maintenance work at regular intervals.

We ensure that our properties meet the Government’s Decent Homes Standard.

Repairs can be reported on 0330 100 0272, in person at our Customer Service Centre (St Paul’s Square, Bedford), or via our online reporting tool.

Our contractors

All bpha repairs employees and contractors carry identification. We can also offer password security for peace of mind – you agree a password in advance with us and the contractor will give it on arrival to verify who they are. Do not let people into your home without checking their identification and call Customer Services on 0330 100 0272 to check.

Getting involved
