Your right to live in your home
- You occupy the property as the main place where you live
- You keep to the terms of the agreement
We will not interfere with your right to peacefully occupy your home except when:
- We have to gain access to inspect the condition of the property or to carry out repairs or other works to it or an adjoining property
- We have given you reasonable notice to gain access to carry out any necessary gas or electric servicing and you have failed to provide this access
- We need to gain access in an emergency
- We have served you with a notice of seeking possession and has been to court to end the tenancy and agree your removal from the property
