One entry per household

They survey must be received by us by Friday 22 September 2023

Residents who have completed the survey by the deadline will be entered into a prize draw to be drawn at the celebration event on Tuesday 26 September 2023.

The winner will be notified on the day or by phone or email by 5pm on Friday 6 October 2023.

The winner will receive £25 in Supermarket vouchers which cannot be exchanged for another prize.

The voucher will be either given on at the event on Tuesday 26 September or sent to the winner by post by Friday 13 October 2023 if by post bpha will send via first class recorded delivery.
