As part of our commitment to offer excellent levels of communication, customers can now contact our Customer Communication Centre (CCC) through WhatsApp Messenger, or using the Live Chat function on our website.
Live Chat function
This system will help Link and engage more effectively with our customers, especially the growing number who want to get help and advice online.
The function is available 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4:30pm on Fridays. It is offline outside of normal working hours, but customers can leave a message and a member of our CCC will reply as soon as Link opens for business again.
The function can be accessed by clicking on the green ‘Live Chat’ box at the bottom right hand of a webpage, while visiting our website.
WhatsApp Messenger
In addition, customers can also contact a member of our CCC through WhatsApp Messenger.
If you have the app on your phone, simply save our WhatsApp number 01234 923233 and send us your query. This number is only for WhatsApp Messenger only and cannot be used for voice calls.
One of our lovely CCC team will be there to answer your messages between the hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4:30pm on Fridays
