It’s nice to hear when we’re getting things right, but it’s also incredibly useful. Knowing that we’re on the right track and doing something well can help us make the right decisions and continue the great service we all work so hard to give.

What do you mean by compliment?
A compliment is a piece of positive feedback that you can give to an individual employee or team, or make about a wider service.
How do I make a compliment?
You can give a compliment in any of the following ways:
- Online, using the compliments form on this page
- By email: info@bpha.org.uk
- Telephone 0330 100 0272
- By post (Compliments and complaints, bpha, Bedford Heights, Manton Lane, Bedford, MK41 7BJ)
- In person to a bpha employee
- On social media facebook/bpha.uk or twitter.com/tweet_bpha
What happens to my compliment?
Once we receive your compliment, it will be recorded and sent to the appropriate manager, who will let the individual or team know.
Your compliments are not only lovely to receive, but also really useful! They can help inform our decisions and let us know when we’re doing something well and delivering services successfully, in the right way and at the right time.
