Customer satisfaction survey starting 4 July 2022
From 11 July 2022, a sample of our customers will be contacted by telephone to take part in a survey. It should only take around ten to fifteen minutes to complete.
You will be asked about your experience of bpha and its services and the information you provide will be used to help us inform and improve our services.
As a thank you, there will be the chance to enter a prize draw where you could win £100 of Love2Shop vouchers!
