Starting from 1 May 2019, a sample of our customers will be contacted by telephone and asked to take part in a short survey. It should only take around five minutes to complete and, if you get a call, we will ask you for your opinion on the experience you have had with some of bpha’s services. Your feedback will help us to improve our services in the future.
All feedback is anonymised at reporting stage and you can choose not to take part, but we would love it if you could help us; to say thank you there will be a prize draw where you could be in with a chance of winning £100 in shopping vouchers.
