bpha is looking for tenants who have a view on how it delivers it’s housing services to be part of an important working group.
The Service Improvement Panel is made up of bpha tenants and is an independent group who ultimately make the organisation’s services better.
They meet up every six weeks as a group to read reports, research other housing providers and visit bpha’s offices to meet employees.
Liz Parsons, Director of Quality and Communications at bpha, said: “The Service Improvement Panel works in partnership with bpha but is completely independent of it and exists to scrutinise and ensure bpha is accountable.
“It plays a very important part in helping to make us operate better and more efficiently, and if any residents have just a few hours to spare each month, enjoy meeting other people and would like to help make a real difference, I would urge them to please contact us.”
Full training and guidance will be given to tenants who are interested.
