Following your feedback, we’re pleased to announce we have a new team dedicated to supporting shared owner enquiries.

We know that our shared owners often have specific enquiries around their leases, service charges or rent. We recognise that leases are complex legal documents and that sometimes specialist advice is needed; such as in instances where you need permission to change something in your home.

Your first point of contact with bpha is still our Customer Contact Centre (0330 100 0272), however, where your query is more complex it will now be referred to our dedicated shared ownership account management team.

And, because we know it’s important that you are able to speak to us at a time that is convenient for you, we have also extended the hours of this new team. Our Account Managers now work until 8pm on Wednesdays and until 1pm on Saturdays – recognising that not everyone will be available to be contacted during the working day.
