New features allows you to request a callback, if lines are busy
If you’re trying to reach us but find that the lines are busy, you can now opt for a callback instead of sitting on hold.
You won’t lose your place in the queue and one of our customer service advisors will see your request and give you a ring back as soon as they’ve completed the enquiries before you and become available.
This is one of the many great new features of our new customer communications platform, making contacting bpha as easy, flexible and convenient as possible.
