Last year you told us that having a range of direct debit options would make managing your money easier, so we are pleased to say that we are now able to offer a range of dates to our monthly tenants as well as weekly tenancies throughout the month, allowing you to choose when your rent and service charge payments will leave your account.
Customers can now choose for their direct debit payments to come out on 1, 8, 15, 22 or last working day of the month.
