New grounds maintenance service for residents

From the 1 April, Just Ask Estate Services will be looking after the grounds maintenance for all of our schemes.

One of the key requirements when awarding the contract was to ensure that supplier represented our values and put the customer at the heart of everything they do.

With over 30 years’ experience working for similar organisations, they are committed to providing a high-quality service whilst reducing their impact on the environment.

We are looking forward to enhancing the service further and are collaboratively working with JAES to develop IT integration solutions to provide information to customers.

This is in addition to a portal which will provide visual updates of when works have been completed, allowing us the ability to answer resident queries on the estate management in almost near real time.

As part of the contract, Just Ask will take over the bulky waste removal service and the Move It Or Lose It campaign.
