This is an opportunity for residents to feed their ideas directly into the formation of next year’s Housing Green Paper.
The Department for Communities and Local Government has launched a survey so that any tenants, even those unable to make it to the Housing Minister’s Tenant Roadshows, can feed back their views on what is working and what is not working around managing complaints, ensuring tenant voices are heard, safeguarding the security of tenants and ensuring landlords provide consistently good quality services.
