CareLink is an immediate response telephone service, providing residents with a direct link to help at the push of a button – usually worn as a pendant or on the wrist.
Customers who either live in the community or within our sheltered schemes now have the opportunity to have a key safe supplied and fitted at their property by bpha Visiting Support staff.
In the event of an emergency when access is required the key safe can be used by the Emergency Services, Carers, or bpha Visiting Support staff.
Each key safe has a unique code which the customer provides to any person that requires access to their property. It’s only available to CareLink customers and the cost is £45 including VAT.
