Thank you for your continued patience while our new grounds maintenance contractor, Just Ask, settles in.
They are continuing to experience difficulties recruiting grounds maintenance staff and while we appreciate this is resulting in a below standard service, we are reassured that Just Ask are using every available option to make sure they are fully up and running as soon as possible. There is a nationwide shortage of trained grounds maintenance staff and the issue does not just affect bpha, but please be assured that we are closely managing the situation and will keep you updated.
If you have particular concerns about the area you live in, please let us know and we will endeavour to get to you as soon as possible. We are confident that Just Ask, with the use of sub-contractor labour, will be able to catch up over the next month. We assure you that you will receive the correct number of maintenance visits over the year which have been planned and Just Ask will provide the high level of service that we expect for our customers moving forward.
